Well done to the three Posties taking on the legendary GNR on Sunday. Andy Heather was first back in 1:39:14. Looking good for a bash at sub 3:30 around the streets of York next month. Hannah Smithson was next home in 2:00:35 and our third finisher was Tracey Yeomans in 3:07:48. Great running all of you.

On the parkrun front it was the long awaited volunteer takeover with a sackful of Posties helping out. No volunteers = no parkrun so thanks to everyone who offered their support.
