Easy like Sunday morning

In a few words, Alice Cooper.

Yep, on a wet Sunday morning 16 Happy Harriers ran distances between 10K and 10 miles as part of our social. It was wet but we got by with a little help from our friends. What a joyous occasion and start to a Sunday. If you have not tried it yet, check it out. The pace is conversational. It’s a more sedate session that the structured training and a beautiful way to live your best life. Happy and healthy. It was so wet even the mascara had a run.

After the running we were joined by our very own running guru, Billy for a Big breakfast at the Knavesmire. Blissful full bellies.

We won’t be running next Sunday as most of us will be running either the Yorkshire Marathon or 10 miler.

Take care everyone and run happy, be happy.

It should be mandatory to have a hotdog checkpoint in every race. I want to see them at the 10K Summer League and 5K in you've got to stop and get a hotdog down, or 3 in my case. I was bloody hungry
