Coach is back!!!

Resolutions and 2020 Goals start now!

After a gentle reintroduction back into training last week (thank you to those who stood in for me) we are back this Wed at Bootham School to start working on a strong base for the new year. Remember you earn your own personal successes now during the cold winter nights - you just collect the medals and accolades in summer.

We meet as normal at 18:45 at the Minster Inn or at 19:00 at Bootham School.

Looking forward to seeing you there with your £2 please.
