Club training - 5th May

This Wednesday's training.

This week we are putting our reacquaintance with speed over recent weeks to the test with the “smashing Strava segments” session.

Meeting at Marygate carpark the route takes us along the river up into Acomb, West Park and into town.

With a Fartlek session this also provides an opportunity for a steady run along the same route - passing and being passed by the speedsters.
