Club Training 19th May

Wednesday Training Session


Something a bit different this week, we are trying another new location!


Meeting at 18:30 at Bootham Park field - that’s the top entrance on Bootham (The former Bootham Park Hospital). We will do our dynamic warm up and drills followed by a nice threshold session on grass.


If required a map can be provided for the locationally challenged amongst us (I have already been on google maps as I wasn't sure where it was) 😁
