Wednesday's training
This week we are having a change of venue, this is due to the amount of people currently out and about at St Peters field and on the riverside path, we thought it would be beneficial for the image of runners to take ourselves out of the picture.
So we are propsing to meet at the service track on the racecourse (Knavesmire Rd side) where we will undertake a carefully worked out but yet to be disclosed session. Becky will start us of with the drills and warm up, then Mark will take over for the sufferfest section.
For those that want to have a social run we will start from the same place but we will definitely not just run round the mire.
