With apologies for the late posting of this. My fault (Simon) so don’t blame Coach. Enjoy the session.


Normal structured training is on offer. With an eye on the start of Summer League we will be putting emphasis on speed this week.
18:30 meet at the Minster Inn
Warm up - front and back leg swings, side leg swings, squats and forward lunges
Main Session - intervals
Location - St Peters Field and Riverside path.
Aim is to develop speed and speed endurance.
Cool down and static stretches to finish.
