Well done to everyone finding their own three laps of heaven yesterday. I'm sure it was preferable to the mental torture of 3 laps of the mire.
Another very close down out of the virtual roads in Wales. Mini Inn managed 108 miles and P2S chalked up 105 miles. One parkrun being the difference or 1 2/3 laps of the mire.
Mini Inn have made it to one of the finest castle's on our island, Caernarfon. It's a beauty and a magnificent start line for the Dragon's Back race. North Wales to South Wales over a week taking on a little bit of climbing including the terror including Crib Goch in Snowdonia.
Some great documentaries on Netflix about that particular race. Before you think about it, check out Crib Goch. Could you do it? It's not for me that's for sure.

Further back along the coastline, P2S are in St David's. Another great location in a wonderful part of the world.
