York Postal Harriers have been doing the rounds this week at races far and wide.
Posties at Parkrun
Is it even the weekend without Parkrun? As usual, we were out and about doing a bit of Parkrun tourism on Saturday.
Alex Boynton and Wes Possible were at Conyngham Hall in Knaresborough.

While Neale Holmes made the trip to Leeds for the Roundhay Park Parkrun.

Lots of our members were also out and about supporting the local Parkruns at York Racecourse, Heslington, and New Earswick.
Posties on the podium
Is it even the weekend if Dom Carter doesn’t win a race?
Dom was in Bolton on Saturday smashing the course record on his way to winning the Blackrod Scarecrow 10k.

He was back in Greater Manchester on Wednesday for another win and another course record at the Royton trail race in Oldham.

Adam Love also made the podium on Saturday, with second place in the Swinner Swagger 15k trail race at Muker in the Yorkshire Dales.

Finishing the 10k series in style
It was the final race of the York District Road Race League at Wistow on Wednesday evening.
On a night where a lot of runners found it tough going, Charlotte Oakes secured third place overall in the senior ladies category.

With Dom being crowned men’s champion, it’s been a great series for the Posties.
