First Class Postal

It is always great to see a sprinkling of Postal Harriers across the results pages. We’ve had team mates all over the county this weekend. From Tadcaster to Ravenscar to Wensleydale. Plenty of focus on strengthening those legs ahead of the Cross Country opener at Temple Newsam this coming Sunday.

Wednesday Training and Thursdays Zoom meeting

Hi all For this week's training (due to the nights drawing in) we are meeting at Marygate car park (Bootham end). Also as it is getting darker maybe think about wearing hi-vis stuff, lights etc. Sess
