What will you achieve in 2020?

With Blue Monday now behind us, there's never been a better time to stop, take stock and consider all the wonderful things the year ahead has, and could, have in store for us--especially within the realm of running and our beloved YPH.

This year, Coach Mark would like for each of us to have a goal. In his own words, "It doesn’t have to be a time or distance – although it could be!  It may be to be injury free or something personal to each runner. This may be something that our runners want to share widely, just with me to support them or keep to themselves.  Either way, having something to aim for in your running, or as part of club participation, would be great."

As Coach has kindly offered to support us along the way, we would like to invite you to bring your goal on a slip of paper to the AGM. You may wish to add your name so he can offer you individual support or you may choose to remain anonymous. It's entirely up to you! It's also worth mentioning that if you would prefer to, or can't think of anything before the AGM, you are equally welcome to email Mark or bring it in another time.

This is a really great opportunity to reflect and focus on whatever it is you would like to achieve this season; so we would heartily encourage you to take part in whatever way you find most comfortable. The best part? You're never alone. No one does support like a Postie. Stronger Together!

Your Club Captains,

Deanna, Jason, Andy and Dee
