Wednesday Training

We are still in tier 2 unlike London! so training is on and we have got a lovely session for us planned by our coaches.


If we meet up at the corner of Skeldergate and Queens Snaith at 18:30 where we will warm up with a few drills before we head into the main session which is 1200m repeats. This is designed to help speed endurance, hopefully getting us ready for when we are back racing again.
