I hope everyone has had a great xmas and a happy new year. And for those who are doing dry January I hope you are managing better than me! 4 hours back into work and I really needed a drink.
Anyway as this is the first Sunday of the New Year and last Sunday before the Brass Monkey who fancies a nice steady Sunday run.
I have planned a buggy freindly route, with options for 10k and just a little over 10miles. Meeting place will be the same as always behind the grandstand at 8:30. We all run together so no one gets left behind.
Also just wondering if anyone not doing the Brass Monkey fancies a run and then cheering in the posties who are running? If so i will try and organise something, there is cake available at the racecourse at the end.
