Its the last Sunday of the school holidays, teachers and parents will be busy getting everything ready for next week! But don't panic there is always time for a Sunday Social run, I have planned a route with 10k and 10mile options. We are setting of from behind the grandstand at the racecourse at 8:30. It may be a bit busy when we get back as the turpin challenge is taking place at 10:30. If anyone fancies another 6 hours of running I think you may be able to enter on the day.
Don't forget we are taking over Heslington parkrun next week, there are still a few spaces for helpers/pacers. If you are available please let me know.
