Thanks to everyone who has put themselves forward to help out at the parkrun this coming Saturday, it is really appreciated.
The roster is looking good we could do with one more funnel manager (fast runner), if you havent been able to commit but are at a loose end on saturday then feel free to join us. There are plenty of pacing bibs available and a good pacer is always welcome.
