Training is on as usual tonight meeting at the Minster Inn at 18:30. We will start with our warm up and head down to St Peters Field for the main session.
With a flat 10k ahead for those running in the summer league the focus on the session will be speed. Useful for all runners to build leg speed and strength we will be running timed interval circuits so everyone stays together irrespective of pace.
