A quiet one

Looks like the massed ranks of Postal Harriers were resting up after Scarborough 10K. Regaining their strength for the Yorkshire Marathon and 10 miler that lies ahead.

Absolutely no evidence of any of us racing yesterday. If you did and I've missed it my apologies. That leaves the parkrun roundup, here it is.

York parkrun

Darren Baker 19.10

Jim Carter 19.11 - NEW PB. Can Jim go sub 19 before York Marathon destroys his legs?

Kevin Armstrong 21.29

James Byas 27.55

Heslington parkrun

Paul Hatfield 20.50

Helena Senior 30.52

New Earswick parkrun

Ben Briffaud 23.26

Groe parkrun

Simon Middleton 20.43

Lucy Turner 29.53

Have a great week one and all. Don't forget it's the ladies club run tonight and also a trip to York Squash Club at 7.20 if anyone fancies a go with racket and ball.
